By submitting a story, video, link, image, or any other material to Streets Adventures, you confirm that:

• You have read and agree to these terms
• You voluntarily submit the content
• You have the legal right to share the content
• You understand that the content may be edited, published, or distributed by Streets Adventures

Ownership and Rights Granted

By submitting content to Streets Adventures, you grant the website a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, edit, modify, publish, reproduce, translate, distribute, and display the submitted content. This includes the right to publish on:

• The Streets Adventures website
• Social media platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and any other platforms available now or in the future
• Video platforms, podcasts, and printed publications including books, magazines, or other printed materials
• Promotional and marketing materials

Once submitted and accepted for publication, the content may become the property of Streets Adventures and may be used for editorial, promotional, commercial, or entertainment purposes. Contributors will not be entitled to compensation unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Privacy and Anonymity Requirement

To protect the privacy of individuals, all contributors must change or remove identifying information before submitting stories. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Real names and exact addresses
• Phone numbers and email addresses
• Employer names and specific locations that could identify individuals
• Any other sensitive personal information

By submitting content, the contributor confirms that all necessary changes have been made to protect privacy. Streets Adventures is not responsible for personal or sensitive information included by contributors in submitted content.

Content Guidelines

All submitted content must not:

• Violate the privacy rights of any individual
• Contain defamatory or false statements
• Include illegal material
• Promote violence or harmful activities
• Include copyrighted material owned by others unless permission has been obtained

Streets Adventures reserves the right to reject, edit, modify, or remove any submitted content at its sole discretion.

Editing Rights

Streets Adventures may edit submitted content for clarity, length, grammar, privacy protection, formatting, and legal or editorial standards. Editors may also change titles or modify content to fit publication formats such as articles, social media posts, videos, or printed publications.

No Guarantee of Publication

Submission of content does not guarantee publication. Streets Adventures reserves the right to decide whether or not submitted content will be published.

By submitting content, contributors agree that Streets Adventures and its owners, editors, and affiliates are not liable for any claims, damages, or disputes arising from the publication or distribution of submitted material. The contributor is responsible for ensuring that the submission does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

Removal Requests

Because submitted content may be published across multiple platforms, including social media and printed materials, complete removal of published content may not always be possible. However, reasonable requests for review or modification may be considered. Requests can be submitted via email.
