We crossed the street by the Ocean Beach Hotel and headed down toward the water. The sidewalk was busy with beachgoers, the sky was bright blue, and the market tents were set up along the seawall.
Right in the middle of it all, a street performer had set up his colorful rig of instruments and was playing for anyone walking by. People stopped, listened, and moved on toward the beach.
That’s Ocean Beach in a nutshell: sun, sea air and music on the street.
